Our account director works with you to develop and tailor all project outcome delivery solutions for your needs.
Define requirements of project / outcomes statements of work (SoW).
Responsible for assembling required team for project professionals.
Accountability for quality, shared risk and oversight of SoW delivery.

Delivery Assurance Director

Oversees all our client deliveries to provide project design and assurance expertise, keeping things on track.

Our delivery assurance directors each have over 10 years experience of delivering large scale change.
They ensure projects are designed and delivering to best practice.
Provides assurance and intervention to spot and remediate problems early.
On-going transparent reporting of progress and governance required.
